Refund & Cancellation

PostFlow aims for 100% satisfaction. We believe in providing value correctly and fairly.
1. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your PostFlow subscription at any time. Once cancelled, your subscription will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
2. Refund Eligibility
We generally offer a 7-day refund window if you are unsatisfied with the service. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- You must contact us within 7 days of your first payment
- Your account must not have more than 3 posts published
- You must provide a brief reason for the refund to help us improve
3. Rare Circumstances
Refunds outside of this window are only granted in exceptional circumstances (e.g., duplicate charges or verified service outages) and at the sole discretion of PostFlow.
4. How to Request
To request a refund or if you have any questions about our policy, please contact our support team from within your dashboard settings or email us directly. We aim to process all requests within 3-5 business days.
5. Changes
PostFlow reserves the right to changes its pricing and refund policy at any time. Any changes will be announced to our registered users via email.
