User Data Deletion

We value your privacy and your right to control your own data. If you decide that you no longer wish to use PostFlow and would like your account and all associated data to be permanently deleted, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Data Deletion

Please send an email to our support team with the following details:

• Email: support@yourdomain.com
• Subject: Account Deletion Request
• Body: Please include your account email address and a confirmation that you wish for all your data to be deleted.

Processing Time

Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity to ensure the security of your account. After verification, we will process your request and permanently remove your data from our systems within 7 days.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Upon processing your request, the following information will be permanently removed:

• Your personal profile and account credentials
• Linked social media account tokens and metadata
• Scheduled and past posts stored in our database
• Any media files uploaded to your library

Please note: Once data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. If you have any ongoing subscriptions, they will be terminated automatically.
